well guys, you know that malays has an unique culture and beliefs right? sounded like teaching. haha~! ok ok...wedding at void deck doesnt means that they don't have money or because they are under budget constraint. for muslim, they preferred to make the function as near as their house so that is easier for them to pray and also to welcome people from coming in to their house. more people visit your house means more fortune and good luck. lets sidetrack a bit, my mum and me went to this wedding at tampines, before the bride and the broom wanted to leave the place, a person will throw coins or money mix with spices and flower infront of the couple and then they start moving. after leaving, the coins lay on the floor and....... my mum go and collect the coins as many as she can find. alamak.... buat malu je ma. alot you know. one chinese kid went there to collect. after collect, he put back on the floor. my mum ask me to take. hahahha~!!!
